Welcome to You Project — we’re Ange and Nicole, the Co-founders. Our friendship and love for each other formed through two handsome brothers, who are now lucky enough to be married to us. We have them to thank for making us sisters for life.
Over the years we have bonded over many things, especially the love we both share for yoga and Pilates.

After many years of dreaming, we agreed it was time to bring our passion to life. Finally, sharing it with you all and creating a space where you can come and work on yourself, in an environment that is both supportive and welcoming.

At the You Project, we are deeply committed to the belief that every individual has the inherent potential to live their best life. Our unwavering passion lies in empowering you to unlock that potential and become the most authentic and fulfilled version of yourself.

We do this by offering a range of yoga and pilates classes in an environment that is supportive, welcoming and uniquely designed to help you achieve your goals and reach your full potential.

OUR CLASSES

Hot Mat Pilates

Heated between 25°C - 30°C, these classes blends mat Pilates, weight training, and cardio to push you further while staying connected to your body. The warmth adds a new layer, helping with circulation, mobility, and endurance. Whether you're here to challenge yourself or joining our Mums & Bubs class for a safe postnatal rebuild, you’ll leave feeling clear-headed, strong, and switched on.

Yoga

These classes offer space to move, slow down, and check inVinyasa Flow builds heat and momentum, Slow Flow focuses on steady, intentional movement, and our Yin practice brings in longer holds to release deep tension. The studio is warmed to 25-30°C, creating a comfortable environment to ease into each posture. 

Reformer Pilates

Our Dynamic Flow and Sculpt Burn classes offer a strong, intentional approach to reformer Pilates. Expect slow, controlled movements that challenge your larger muscle groups while engaging your stabilisers. With added weights, these sessions remain low-impact but deeply effective, helping you build strength without stress on your joints.

The studio

The You Project is a boutique yoga and pilates studio just moments from Inverloch Beach, at 10 Williams Street. Bright, minimal, and coastal, it’s a space that feels as good as it looks—welcoming, energising, and made for movement.

The co-founders of the you project

Ange

Ange is a passionate yoga teacher who helps students connect with their bodies and inner selves through movement and breath. She believes yoga is about fostering community and shared experience, creating strong, fluid sequences that balance strength and flow. 

Her classes encourage awareness and presence, leaving students feeling aligned and connected. Ange loves connecting with like-minded humans and is open to learning new things—especially about herself. Recently, she added reformer Pilates to her practice, emphasising core awareness, posture, and mobility. Her teaching inspires students to move with confidence and embrace their personal journey, recognising the power of movement to unite us all.

Nicole

Nicole has a love and passion for you both yoga and Pilates which is what inspired her to go on this journey with business partner Ange and open what we now know to be the You Project.

Nicole is a mat Pilates instructor and is obsessed with the hot room and can’t get enough of it, the endorphins it realises is like no other. Outside of the You Project her world is her hubby, two kids and a third on the way.

Her drive comes from wanting to give the best life to her kiddies and also giving to the community, seeing people’s face light up after class is everything.
